Anyone kited on a Wakesurfer? Any point? Maybe as a light wind board or for small surf?

Some friends have got a big boat coming and I'm trying to justify buying one to myself.

I use this Slingshot Arcane a lot in light winds, it works great!
Its so much fun in small mushy waves. As you can see the fins are pretty small so its heaps loose which is what makes it fun. You can pull off flat 3's and other funky little slidey tricks.

It actually surfs ok.

Ta for the advice guys. Might have to look into how cheap I can get a wakesurfer.

all the dedicated wakesurf boards i have used have more in common with a skim board than a surf board... absolutlely no rocker.

better off getting a kite/surf fish crossover board
