Taken on Sunday from Dolls Point, Canon 5D3 and 500mm F4 with Canon 2X extender, so 1000mm ISO 1000 F8 1/1600th, very impressed with the new lens. I'll be checking on Ricardo regularly, making sure he is behaving....

heh. I keep a pair of binoculars in the glovebox for that reason. I can literally see if it's worth the 20km trip

Meh. Not surprised. Most kite shops are extremely territorial, and this is just proof you all want to own the beach.

Google maps has a distance measuring tool. From one beach to the other it says 4.67 km!
