Nice. I wouldn't be comfortable on a 12m RPM in that wind strength.

Enjoyed that. Nearly got my fix.
Those go-pros are sh!t-Hot... tax refund investment. (way better than the quality i get on the pentax w60.)

Question, that black thing on the depower rope is a stopper right? why don't you use it? ( i know you have a reason, please share... are you riding suicide?)

good boosts + grabs = stylish.

i do use it sometimes and your right i do usually ride suicide so that my center lines untwist by their self. i have put in a pully swivel at the top too. i`m about 95 kgs 6ft 3inchs so a 12m is no worries at all i ride it when most are out on 9m love it over powered.
its a awesome spot i`ve never had a westerly session so gust free its shallow [waist deep] for about 60m or so. but it was choppy but hey i was having a blast. i love the gopro its so good in hd i`lll figure it out so future movies will be in hd when viewing on utube.

Looks like a great spot but I can't find it on a map. Is it over near Sancturay point???

no, you turn off the main road to currarong ,go through the check point[the navy use the headland to practice live fire ] its the turn off to go to honey moon bay but you take the first turn off on the right for the north end of the beach or the second for the south end .i was kiteing the south end. its on the inside of the bay.

It's a good idea to check that it's open to the public before you go, it's been shut a couple of times this year

Phone the rangers on :
