I am holidaying in busselton over christmas and was wondering where to go kiting.staying at amblin caravan park and am experianced.cheers
or head a little south to dunsbrough, many different faceing beaches for all wind dirrections with some flat water spots just near the pub (3 bears)
Prevailing wind for both Dunnyhole and Busselton will be 15-20 kn offshore unless you get a strong E to NE in the morning. Get down to Prev and hit Mains, Boaties or Bombie. Lots of other wave spots on the west coast too. I live in Busselton and Kiting is problematic.
Hey I usually get more strong easterlies this time of year than any other. Needs to be east though or anything with nth in it for Dunn bay at the end of the main street. Which if u get the tide mid-low is a great flat water spot. Busselton is too deep, so choppy. The easterly usually only cranks in the morn for a couple hours. Otherwise like already mentioned head to margs or disgusta.
