some older images from Maui 2001/2002,
some more recent footage too,
and a bit of paragliding at the end.

just my 2 cents, but when I see these older images, especially the aerial aspect (not so much in the surf, this part is more "real" now days) I find it very much nicer to watch than the modern videos of wakestyle/freestyle...

If you like that style of riding, bust out an old copy of "fluid revolution", a classic. Or even "airsickness"

fluid revolution is the best kiting movie ever made.

Why do we have to try to be wake or surf style ? what's wrong with kite style ?

^^
kite style is all well and good, but don't you get sick of every trick being a board off or dangle spin 1080?

The sports progression went in the way of freestyle/ Wakestyle tricks because the dangle spin 1080 was getting boring as bats balls to watch and dose not pose a big enough challenge to the rider in any way what so ever after the 100th time of the trick being done.

Well if all this old style is so boring, how come so few riders manage to do any of these tricks at all, fact is kite rider numbers have gone up, general rider skill level has massivly come down.

I Can understand the seat harness thing, but what has being over 40 got to do with a bar of soap
