I have been trying to get some cardio sessions in 3 times a week for a while now and that seems to help me out alot in the time I can spend on the water and the intensity of my sessions, but I guess different strokes for different folks!

Is it possible to learn tricks on land with an old bar hanging from a tree?
When i was windsurfing we used to set up a boom on the bottom half of a mast and practice old school freestyle moves on the beach and it really helped when you tried them on water
If anyone has tried this is it worth the effort and if it is, how did you set the bar and lines up('')

Yeah, um...... just don't fall out of a tree and screw your knee (and your next season) up like Damo did a few years back the poor bastard.

I believe they had a kiteboarding stall set up at the London boat show last year. And a guy was doing tricks indoors on a static/bungee system. I'm not sure how it was set up, but there is some footage on YouTube if you fancy looking for it.
