Ummm... Because it costs 50$ every time you fly with Skywest from Gero to Perth with a kiteboard. That's why I'd bother.
I can see he benefits of that - no board bag, no extra bag to schlep, no excess costs.
Looks like they've done it pretty nicely to me.
New ideas can be good fellas.
The gay music at the start of the promo vid is more than enough to put me off ever buying one of those boards.
What's with the homophobia all of a sudden? Just by kiting, you guys are saying to the world that you're out of the closet and proud...

Well I reckon Its a great idea. If they were cheap (like $700-800), came with a good warranty and marketed it properly, they will really take off.
Pity I dont travel much by plane, otherwise I'd look further into them.
I fly from Gero to Perth because I have to - for work. Sometimes I have time to kite in Perth (yay)
I pick up quite a few kiters from the airport who fly up just for kiting, didn't realize some of you guys out there find it so foreign. It's not that odd you know.
Apologies on the exageration $50.00 isn't exactly correct. I meant $40.00.
Why are you even responding to my obvious baiting?? That's the question.
I'm just passing the time at work. And how time flies....
KIIITEEEEEERRRRRRSSSS!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA!!!!
