Rule of thumb is to never buy off a seller who has no idea what they are selling or if you don't know exactly what your getting. You never know what issues the equipment has had or what safety issues may arise. If you can see the gear in the flesh then maybe a different story. Sorry I can't help you with what the equipment is besides the kite is a slingshot.

Cheers

Hey mate, the kite is a Slingshot GTO, I think its a 2005 model. The harness looks like a 2004 model. If the boards are not damaged I think you should get $150 each for them, if the kite, lines and harness are in good condition you might get $200 for them. The only problem is some times those old kites rot, I had a naish areo 2 kite which was a 2004 model I think, a few years ago I pumped it up and then took it for a fly and then it crumbled into bits and pieces while I was flying it, the kite looked like it was in good condition but it was not, it was all rotten.

Hey S2A,

The only thing of value in that kit is the twin tip, the rest is junk and bordering on worthless to anyone but someone with no idea.

The twin tip is worth around 2-300 if it's in good nick and suitable for beginners, the wake ski is worthless, no one in wakeboarding will be interested and no one in kiting will be interested either. The kite was a POS in it's day and hasn't got any better.

I'd offer $200 for the twinny with the board bag, they can keep the rest.

Thank you was just what I needed to know I did offer $200 so we will see what happens I also said I was only interested in the tt but the wake/kite/surf thinging could be good for behind our ski boat as long as it floats and not full of water . Might be a bit of fun . As for the kite might just be kept for the trade in deal somewhere or make it a sacrifice to the wind gods and burn it on the next full moon . WE NEED WIND .

that is a hyperlite skurfer, designed to be ridden behind a boat. think of it as a directional wakeboard. they were a lot of fun back in the day...
