transition to toeside

hi all ,just looking for some tuition for changing from heelside to toeside.hav been making a long downwind turn but not going upwind real well.i think its in the timing with kite etc.

Do you mean a pop and switch to toeside or just a plain old transition to toeside?
If you mean the transition then personally i just flick the kite over the top, depower it then just lean into it and carve on your toeside edge as aggressively as your comfortable doing.
