Thumbs Up

Rider: Weight 70kg,Level (Intermediate)
Style: Freeriding, Freestyle
Weather:11-17 knots
Build Quality: 10/10
Satisfaction: 8/10 (Would be higher with better wind..)

My Comments:

Alright so I have just purchased 4 Cabrinha Chaos kites.
Past experience with kites is a Slingshot RPM, KeyHD, Naish Parks and a couple of Switchblades.

Wind conditions were average and too light for the 11m I was using with a flx132.

Anyway to the review.

I was a bit worried that the kte would be too dedicated to freestyle of too hardcore as they advertised.. But in reality alot of that is just marketing.

Lauched the kite and straight away you can feel that the kites forgiving and has smooth power. Played around on the beach for a bit to see what its like there and its steady and doesn't feel like it wants to lift you off your feet.

Go out on the water and gave it a spin.. Turns are fast considering the wind was light. Depowerd to 100% when I wanted to.

Before I bought these I wondered if these would go up wind ok. YES THEY DO. Honestly it felt just like a switchblade while cruising around. Very forgiving and has the smooth pull but with faster steering.

Where it stands out from the switchblade is when you start to load and pop. Its fantastic when you pop you dont get that constant pull like the switchblade instead it slacks off a bit which gives a chance to do handle passes (Havnt tried them yet..)
This is defiantly a kite that will be great for progressing on. Can update more when I get a few more sessions in.

Build quality is top notch as you expect these days nothing bad here.
