Rider: 72kg,intermediate
Style: Surf
Weather: 15 to 20knots
Build Quality: 10/10
Satisfaction: 10/10
Disclosure: just a rider
My Comments:
had the first ride on this board and it is a wepon
i normaly ride a 138 hammer and i think it will be staying in the shed
i will put up some pics later
iam riding it strapless at the moment but straps can be put on later if you want them
they are custom boards so any size, spray, fins
they retail for $1000
well worth a look if you are in the market for a kite board
want a demo just come and pick it up you wont be disapointed

Looks sweet Geoff, I wondered how long it would take you to get on a surfboard. You do realise that you are going to have to get a smaller kite now, and see that windsurfing gear in the background you might as well sell it, if you weren't hooked already you soon will be.

Hey I'm back on the water, but no TT/jumping for me for a while, I'm only game to ride the surfboard ATM so keen to do some downwinders give us a txt if you want to catch up and maybe carry on down and hit the Island/outer reef on the way down.

I love the fact that you can get a cuostom board for the same price as a factory one and you get the joy of personally dealing with a shaper to ensure you get what your looking for. Spot on Spot board looks sweet.

My only question - is it epoxy?

Hey Geoff,

I noticed your Airush Hammer on the back wall. Hang on to that one mate. Airush are bringing no more into Australia and look set to cease production of them all together.

There is some talk of some kind of fusion board for next year of a hybrid design between the Hammer and a freeride board. Hmmmmm

All existing Hammers have now become rare and valuable. As there are no more new ones in Oz and their 09 pricetag of $1,230, they should retain excellent 2nd hand value and will be on the hotlist of boards to procure and keep. Truly collectors items for surf riders.

Good winds,
