any recommendation to a flat rockered surfboard that will move early ??
I looked at an Underground in this video but have not any possibility of testing it locally

What about Fish boards like F-One Fish?

Any other recommendations?

Mate that board changed my interest in riding , it's mint, kapuna from underground , get the 5.8 not the 6. It's vertually the same but the 5.8 feels more like a Tt.

It's not a super light wind board but it's the most versatile board out there. Speak to anyone that's played with one, you will not look back

Not sure where you are, SHQ in Melbourne have a 5'8" demo available.

Worth trying before you buy as I found so much difference between boards that had the same dimensions. The kapuna was great I tried it both strapped and unstrapped and having not ridden a surf board unstrapped before found it really good. It was the price that killed it for me at $1200 ended up getting last years North Whip instead at a much better price. The whip is a fantastic board, have a look at the reviews.

Litewave make a board that looks similar to the Kipuna, think they are around the $800.00 mark.

Anything short, wide, with flat rocker. Cab Skillit 2011 was like this, not sure of the 2012 shape.

Or if you want something for 10-15kn demo a North Nugget.

Another option is a skim board.

^^^^ what he said.

My F-One Fish 5'4" x 19" is fantastic. Planes early. Zero rocker, just a little nose lift. Fast upwind. Rips in small surf or wind slop. Strong enough to stand up to jumping but very light. Great deck grip. Comfey adjustable foot straps.

The deck grip between the footstraps is excellent. When combined with the 19" width it us easy to swap feet to cruise upwind to get back to bash more waves.

Hmm.
I can get good deals on these 2:
- F-one boards (that woild be the Fish then)
- RRD Boards.

Just looked a little on the net on that RRD Domingo. Think I'm gonna try that.
Since I struggle to decide whether to go for a Fish type board or an airush Sector type board, I guess the RRD could be interesting.

Mate i ride the first freewave that undergound built 5'8" thruster sick sick board,my buddy does demolition tests on them, they are fantastic, your delemna causes two problems, you need a powerfull kite to work well in fifteen knots especially in the surf the board will do its stuff but you need a kite that flows well, fifteen knots is the minimum wind i will kite in and its fickle. If i was you i would obtain a fibreglass fish style surfboard twin fin old school,21" wide, big swallowtail,6' plus before you judge the comments have a bash on an old school fish, you will not believe the feel,no bog downs in bottom turns, way too much speed in top turns, you will be chasing this board across the waves flat water chop etc.Have a go but don't tell your friends they will want one too.Might as well obtain both sticks, your kiting will not let you sleep at night, knowing it's going to be windy the next morning.Fibreglass resin board takes the weight down to a light wind blow your mind machine.Have a go ya mug.I won,t mention how good a surfer you will become, just an added bonus that comes with the goods.
