Camping at a local kiters farm at Coping, tksa crew have plenty of options for kiting, surfing and even mountain biking within minutes of the camp.

I heard a rumor that the selected location is a 'Gin Free Zone'?????......any truth to this Leethul?
Nah, it's just a myth. Ancient legend has it that if Gin is consumed at said location.....you wake up with a wicked mad headache and a number of unexplained scatches and bruises. Sounds like crap to me. lol.

Hi all, is this still a heppening thing? Anymore details? I am looking at making an appearance at some stage probably not the whole thing... Leave passes are few and far between with the 2 year old and a newly added 5 week old.
The wind looks better suited to the West Coast at this stage. But who know's, still a bit early to tell.
Still on as far as us locals are concerned :) Spoke to Ian yesterday and he said he was still making room available on his property for any that want to come down and camp. Not sure about the weekend for wind at this stage looking more like westerlies which means flat water on the insiade or head across to dodges or down to roaring for some wave action.

You'll need to bring camping equipment, food, toys all that stuff.
Forecast is average for kiting, but with a somewhat large swell cranking South of the state the surf cuold be all time. The 2 hr walk into shippies would be worth it on Saturday for any hellmen, budding photographers or interest parties.

I'll be looking for flat water so with the westerlies then it looks like the lagoon for us anyway.
