TKSA AGM has been postponed until the First Round of the Ducks Nuts at Stanley, at a date TBA.
TKSA is seeking nominations for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Public Officer. Some of those roles can be doubled up and seriously, all the hard work is done. The President talks crap, the vice president smiles, the secretary takes notes, the Treasurer actually has to keep tabs on some cash and send off some forms, and the P.O just looks pretty and answers the odd email.
You can do as much or as little as you like.
Up for grabs is a free trip to Melbourne to participate in a seminar with AKSA (now KBA) which includes flights and accommodation. This needs a RSVP by 30 July, and takes place on Friday 16th in August. So any takers for a position can get on board with this and kick off by meeting the national crew in Melbourne.
There is huge scope for state and national competitions, club days, the Ducks Nuts camping adventures, sponsorship and more. It would be so great if a new crew could stand up and keep this club alive. I will be more than happy to help out with setting up the new crew and passing on what knowledge I can.
I hope to see a huge turnout for the Stanley Ducks and the TKSA AGM. We have $1600 in the kitty, so expect this Ducks to go right off! Come and get it, it’s up for offer, one free Incorporated Not for Profit Association.

Looking forward to smashing a big one out at Stanley; megaphone and all! Kites pretty dusty and cobwebbed at the minute though. Still have a few months to unroll and perform a safety check!! Been getting a few decent wave on the SUP though.
