I started with a Method 1 12m then bought a 9m, good for learning on, great relaunch heavy bar pressure.
I got an Element 7m for strong winds, very fast turning kite.
I then got a Nitro11 8m on loan in Sept 2012 and kept it.
I sold my other kites and got a Nitro11 12m my fav kite, stable, fast easy to control, light bar pressure.
I just bought a 16m Nitro11, and can now kite in 10 knot winds, its huge and pulls like a train, still turns
pretty quick for a 16m.
I have had great service from Switch out of NZ, they have repaired lines and rips quickly and well, the quality of the
kites is superior IMHO to other more expensive kites. Good value, GST free, shame the OZ $ has dropped 10%.

I plan on updating my kites every 12 months, so I am selling my 8m ATM, will prob buy the same kite again.

emouth looks fantastic Iam join to try and ge there in september october.
Always good to have a light wind kites because it may blow 20 - 30knots 5 days a week, but there might be a day here and there where its only 10-15 knots.Imagine if you traveled for hours off road and found a magic spot and you didnt have much time to hang around and it was only 12 knots .You would wish you had a 17 m!
