another kiter got close to nature.
no injuries but equipment wrap up in a tree.
if it was not for the tree it would have been the house or the road.
take two - awareness of your ability versus mother nature.

The shire of Harvey and department of parks & infrastructure are looking at having water user exclusion zones ( 100 meters from any private dwelling )
Details are set to be released 2011.
