Yes, I know, not so cool as a pulsejet but here we've not so much room to throw long long flames

The LAPU fits my Seagull Miniclub fibreglass axle, I guess the Ludic half axle too but I've to try yet.

I took an old grass trimmer engine, some parts with a rubber wheel from the clutch of an old moped, some old plywood to join the engine to the rubber wheel with that sort of ninepointed star and to build a very simple frame. A rubber band (new!) keeps the driving wheel on the landyacht wheel.

Nothing new, just a try to make things as easy as possible.

Ciao - Enrico

That is a great idea.
It would stop the "walk of shame" when the wind dies off.

Has a lot more merit than mine.
I can only get a 2 minute run, before I have run out of fuel and need a support crew to get it running.

A very neat setup, veladaterra.
I love the wooden star drive system. very clever.

Thanks Chook, I love the KISS principle, but as almost every child my dream was to be a rocket-man, not a a gardener
