Sure it'll be there (where-ever there is - St Malo?) in time. Bob will sort it - no problem.

I'll be kicking about from the 8th onwards so don't hand out all the stickers If the parkings anywhere near the beach you'll hear me coming well in advance - though not so happy about getting a gite opposite the local gendarmerie Spheroids!

Cheers Col

I wasnt game to get the camera out, even the tractors were going slow.
picture a tidal flat of sticky mud , its not even lytham bill.
I suspect that the area they plan to race the minis on is so small that they have had to cut pilot numbers, hence the extra races
we attepted to sail today ,but evn with tyres down to 15psi it was a no go.
Dont ever complain to me about a sailing spot in Australia !!!!!!
Chook, buy your hero2 in australia cheapest price Ive seen is seabreeze, perth airport only had version 1, none in hongkong
sorry the computer doesnt have any way to upload pics

Sailing there since 10 years, and arriving too early, you could feel that you'll never can use this muddy surface, but if there is enough wind, sun and no rain...will see
saturday when tide is wider.

Is what I'm watching to see how things are going. I'm hoping my good friends in France aren't having the variable summer we Brits are having where we've gone from 'hose pipe ban' to flash flooding and back again several times. The weather here is a mess

Gee thats is a bit damp!!!

I hope that "Landyacht" is doing the right thing and not parading around your camp in his undies, like his early morning effort at Lake Lefroy.

watched the tide come in this morning to the strand.200m in 6 minutes
we heard a rumour that after the highest of the tides they will groom the beach.
weve been told that there is little sand due to cross winds
it has been worth the trip just for the baguettes, fromage, ail, moules, huitre sausage, cafe au lait, and the most patient drivers Ive met

Hope it pans out Ok, for everyone!!

That is not a tide, it's a wave Paul.

I checked the tide chart using Colk's info and it's 10mtrs- plus.....
http://www.windfinder.com/tide/dol_de_bretagne
I just can't get my head around that, with our current 400mm difference between high and low tide.

Glad the diet is progressing well.
PS; ta to the camera tip too.
