just got back from Broome and catching up on stuff.

Chook- if icing is a problem, could you run twin 4kg bottles instead of 1 x 9kg?
that way, each bottle would be draining at half the speed- hopefully slowing down the freeze.

I have a pair of 4?kg bottles doing nothing but gathering dust-(both full)
Also have a couple of spare 9kg full bottles and the decanting tap to top up the smaller bottles from the 9kg ones.

Also dragged Grandads flying helmet and leather gloves (late 1930's) dusting them off and giving them a dose of dubbin.

hoping to convince the boss to let me borrow some truck space on the next kalgoorlie run to get stuff that wont fit in the car a bit nearer to lefroy

Well I'm flat out trying to get the "Lefroy fleet" together as well.
The mini is ready.
The class 5 is ready.
The kite buggy is close and just needs some more belt work. (waiting on parts)

Got to this stage with the noise generator tonight.

Just got the fuel piping and valves to sort out. I've fitted the new engine mounts, a few minutes ago.
Didn't think the string would last too long

Have You given any thought to adding a rudder?[}:)]

"Didn't think the string would last too long"

Especially if the rear one is still connected to the building

And wings[}:)]
