I just heard from Landyacht, there has been a heap of wind hitting the Goldfields and Paul had been caught out with his yachts being on display as part of the festivities.

Being part of the display, Paul didnt get to have fun- but one of the crew clocked up 72kph on the main street of Coolgardie!

WAY TO GO FELLAS!!!

(I bet Paul was green with envy)

the stretch of road he was sailing on was lined with vintage cars and mbikes, with people wandering around, .I was waiting till later in the day when it would have been safer to sail, but your wasting your breath telling that to TP. then the storm hit and whilst I was packed and ready to leave before the rush ,....... Bloody TP was shuffling around looking for the set of car keys hed left in his pockets when he went for that sail
so being the gentleman , I waited, knowing he'd need a lift to kal , and so got stuck in a 42km traffic jam all the way home.
better luck next year, maybe somebody else will do the shift whilst i go for a sail

LOL Paul, That is funny I would have thought "The Old Fart" would have known better
Mind you having said that I went for a sail yesterday down at Sumerset Beach and at one point I felt dragging on my side . When I checked it out my Vest had dropped over the side with my Camera in the pocket Luckily the camera was undamaged.

Next time you guys go to one of those Shows Handcuff TP to a Tree well out of harms way[}:)]

It was actually 72.3kph but who's quibbling hey?
How do I know the exact speed you ask?
Well, there was this car with fancy blue and red lights on top and the dude inside was passing his time monitoring the speed of a childrens ride(Run by the local Lions club) with a hand held unit when i came speeding past. Luckily the road was closed and therefore not subject to the usual speed laws. Aforementioned dude said he was astounded by the acceleration that I achieved in the last 150metres of my run before i tried bleeding off the speed by weaving from side to side across the road. I managed to slow and stop in a gravel patch where i think my keys fell out.

knock off early every day, do what they want to do, take your wallet along.
give them the use of your tools, burp and fart with them ,
let them wipe thier dirty hands, and boogers on you shirt

basically be there every day when they get home and be ready to go
