OK! Luca,
If you are lucky enough you can go to a Tip Shop that sells recycled stuff from the rubbish tip. Quite often you will be able to pick up a Sail and Carbon Fiber Masts cheaply. This is the way most of us get our sails but as the demand is rising they are becoming harder to get. eBay is another source but prices start getting higher. We have Information on this sight regarding the re-cutting of sails which is not hard to do at home and some of our members use a domestic Sewing Machine to re-sew the Sail.
You also have the option of Scratch Building a sail if you can source reasonable materials for the job or even have a Sail Maker Make a sail for your purposes. Though Sail Makers are quite astute in the Trade I would suggest that you Talk to us on the Forum and keep a close eye on the manufacture of such a sail as they are almost Bed Sheet flat even though they use around 6 battens .
Keep talking to us upload lots of pictures and keep in mind that there is no such thing as a Stupid Question only a lack of knowledge which can be cured Right Here on the Seabreeze Forum. There is a Sticky Note at the top of Sail Making.

Is this your first effort? looks great
if you are somewhere where windsurfer sails are available look out for a large surf sail in the 7m range , or a speed sail in 6-7m range. recutting is not as hard as it might seem. even if you cant sew it you can prep it for somebody who has a suitable machine.
what are you doing for a mast, as these can be hard to find than sails?

Hi Luca,
Finding a sail can be difficult.. So what State do you live in?? Don't worry too much about your English, keep writing on this forum and there are a lot of us to steer you wrong on that subject. Aussie Lingo...

If you are looking to build a sail from scratch then there there are a few products about that may well serve your purpose.. PM Both Paul/Landyacht or aus230 as they have both built sails this way and from Building Insulation Wrap. You never know you may come across a cheap enough Small Sailing Boat Sail to re-cut.

Anyway keep talking until we get a handle on exactly what you want..
