Can anyone point me in the direction of any online sailing books/literature? I recently downloaded and read a .pdf copy of "Sailing for Dummy's" and was wondering what else anyone had or knew of that would be good for someone who is just starting out?

IF trailersailerplace ever comes back online, one of the members has an electronic book which a lot of the members have purchased, evidenced by the posts accompanying the initial advert. The members gave it very good reviews, which is comforting when looking around for something that will be useful. However, I can't remember the name of the "book". When tsplace comes back online, I'll post a link to the forum for you. Payment is through paypal. I am in the same boat. HAve just bought a ts, and want some reference books.

Hi all,
I am a maritime literature junkie and have a blog at www.thearmchairmariner.blogspot.com.au where you'll find reviews of sailing books and sailing stories. Always keen to expand the audience and get more discussion going. Log on and let me know what you think.
Cheers,
Mel

Hello from Jack and Jude, our first posting on this forum.

Take a peek at our YouTube preview of Tasmania 2012.

It's not life or death footage, but gorgeous scenery by yacht and kayak, and on foot through remote SW Tassie.
