Just thought I'd put up a couple of pics of the new Naish race beast.

Looks great and feels at least a few kilos lighter than the normal Jav but without reliable scales to check if it meets the quoted 9kg a weight isn't poss at the moment.
As for a review, I'm off the water for a little bit due to body failure. More than likely Jake's fault for trying to keep up with him on Sunday.

Sam.

Thanks for the pics. Will be interesting to hear Jake's take on how it compares to the previous Jav.

Looks awesome
great pics.

Does anyone else finds there isn't enough deck grip on the naish's or is this easily overcome with adding your own r wax. What are the best alternatives/

I take it you mean on the tail. Which NAISH do you mean as most have a clear grip applied. I find it works well enough. Guessing they use it to save a bit of weight when compared to deck grip.

Retail price over here in northern Europe is going to be roughly $4,700. The regular Javelin is about the same price here as it is in Australia, so I dunno about three grand... Hope I'm wrong though, coz I wouldn't mind one!
