Just got this new guy in. Can't see it anywhere on line yet so it looks like Australia gets first bight at the cherry.

-2 inches wider than the old version.
-Flatter mid section, more tail rocker.
-Rails more like Hokua 9'5" than the step rail of the older 10'6"

Looks like a fun mid size longboard style SUP. Will try later.

Looks interesting Sam

What are the specs, might be worth considering when I replace the Nalu........

Specs are 10'6".5 (??) x 29.75" x 4.75" x 160L.

The tail looked narrower to me than the older version but when I measured it they both were 16.75" so I suppose the new one is just more aggressively pulled in to get to that number.

I'm not convinced, I have the 10'6 and love surfing it because of the narrower width. This is just another 10'6 x 30 (almost) if it isn't produced in AST I don't think it will appeal to many.

Just an opinion

I'm frothing to get one as it's everything the 28" version was not. More stable, a faster flat water paddler with quicker turn initiation. I'm a lover as well and will probably buy sight unseen. FYI, it's coming in AST, and if you don't believe my hype, I got it all from Naish. The specs are up online. Hey WSS, can you comment on the deck, it looks pretty sunken mid-deck.

I think it has heaps of appeal. This is the size I feel was always missing in the Nalu lineup. I ordered one within 30sec of getting the email

BTW yes it comes in AST as well.
