Okay - wondering if I am the only who does this? I'm used to having good grip on my surfboards and tend to find the traction pad on my SUP is okay but not great so I put a layer of wax on it...and like it loads more. Anyone esle do this or am I the odd one out...just interested.

Great - reckon I'll start a new trend Must admit - I've been using Sex Wax Dream Cream lately on my boards - best grip going so like being solid on the SUP too. (Nah Skwell SUP).

I'd ignore the article - no disrespect but it looks like it is written by a 13 year old girl who looks like she is more concerned with how her gear looks than whether it works. The wax is the best I've tried hands down in cold water. Yup - it is sticky/tacky and you get possibly more wax on the wetsuit but hey.....what's important? The only downside is when a few bars arrive at work for me and the package gets opened by our admin team....."Sex Wax"...you can imagine the rest lol!

LooktoSea........I think there's probably loads of us....the traction pads on the deck are not as good as wax IMHO. And if it works then all the better.

Was compelled to google it to see if it was a real product ....yes it is

Some opinion said "don't let it touch your wetsuit"
