What are the dimentions of the ripper ?
Good to hear about the mini demo.

Will it be also a BYO demo ?

Like the one we had last summer

Perhaps we could have a BBQ

With BYO KFC.

Is Billboard listening?

If so, can we demo his new Starboard Pro ??

Have you got permission from Riverrider??

Will Number 1 approve ??

Cheers

2MT

PS .. All these questions must be answered

PPS .. Why is Bigman going back to Goldie ?

Spencer

I think we need the 9'6 hull pro and the 9'1 hull pro.

I found them on the net and they don't publish the volumes.

Although I like the 9'1 size it may be a bit sinky

What date is the big demo day scheduled for ??

This is exciting.

Tony,9'1" HR Pro x 28 7/8x 4 1/4- 121 L 9'6" HR Pro x 28 7/8- 127 L, the Pro, from reports is about a kilo lighter than the HR because it has some carbon construction, AA would be able to verify all this. Hope that helps. 9'1" looks the board for me, I think it sounds like better paddling and faster than my 8'6" wide ripper, but maybe less stable, but have now grown my sea legs. Waiting for reports on the 2012 range.

Good idea Cruisin .. but ..

Will your chickens feel comfortable with Billboard around ?

Has Spencer gone to sleep already ?

I hear that Suplove and Coreban will be represented on the day.

a bit like crashing Spencers party.

It's all shaping up very well.

Hey Bigman sorry for the slow response. Its been nice and busy since the Snowy festival!

Here are some specs for you-

PSH Hull Rippers

8'9” x 30 1/8” x 5 1/4” 8-9 Hull Ripper Vol = 120L approx

9'1” x 28 7/8” x 4 1/4” 9-1 Hull Ripper Pro Vol = 127L

9'2” x 30 3/4” x 4 1/4” 9-2 Hull Ripper Vol = 136L

9'6” x 28 7/8” x 4 1/4” 9-6 Hull Ripper Pro Vol = 130L

9'6” x 30 1/2” x 4 3/8” 9-6 Hull Ripper Vol = 145L

9'11” x 31” x 4 1/4” 9-11 Hull Ripper Vol = 150L

Volumes are a guide only.
You need to throw your perceptions about dimensions out the window with these boards. They are a whole new ball game.

These Hull Rippers generally feel shorter and have more glide than the same board with a traditional flat bottom.

The Pro boards are just that - for guys who normally ride under 28.5" or less.
The 9'6 Pro feels more like 9' x 28". The 9'6 Hull Ripper feels like 9' x 29 1/2"

You guys are getting the 9'6” x 30 1/2” x 4 3/8”

ENJOY!

Sounds like we need to get some of the "pro" range boards as most of us are surfing 28.5" wide boards, except you spencer.

Spencer old chap

You are derelict in your duties to PSH

You have been surfing Eaglehawk, Pirates Bay

And we havn't heard a word about hull paddler performance in good waves.

Or did you ride the Starby widepoint ?

Make it 5 chairs

Billboard will be there

But is Spencer permitted to visit your place ever again ?
since the last disgraceful performance ?

It's no good if Spencer runs the demo
and then can't attend the fizzup

What's the difference between hull ripper and hull paddler and hull Pro

Do they have different applications etc... ?

Just trying to sort out what might be best for us down here

and therefore what's best to demo .. cheers

Tony,

Hull AA paddler is what Spencer is riding - wide and stable for versatility. Comes in 9-7 x 32" and 10-6 x 33" currently $1299 with paddle.
There is a 10-10 x 34" in the pipe.

Hull rippers are for ripping. Ranging from 29-30 1'2" in width they feel like 28 1/2 - 29 1/2"* to stand on. These boards like to be ridden hard off the tail.
Pure short board feel.

You are guys are getting a 9'6 to demo. It surfs like a 9'er but has the glide of a longer board.

Hull RIPPER Pro are just narrower versions of the above boards. If you are comfortable on 27-28" width* - go the Pro!

* on a traditional flat bottom board

Hull Ocean Paddler 12'6 - the new Ocean going machine. PVC Epoxy sandwich $2199. Replaces the old 12'6 Gun with more emphasis on paddling speed and catching runners. Surfs insane for a 12'6 ocean board.

Bummer AA, was really keen to give the smaller 8'9 9'1 9'2 a go. Think I speak for most of us. Whats the chances of getting one of them down for a bash?
Cheers
