Dont you just love it 6am perfect morning tide still comming in and you decide to paddle to Couran cove 15ks [a closed resort] each way .
On the way there average speed between 8 to 9 ks, when your paddling partner say half way there that they are forcasting 20 knots winds later. I say she will be sweet we will be back before then 1 and a half hours we arrive majic paddle purrrrfect infact. spend an hour talking to people and sneaking amongst the empty villas what a magic place this now closed resort is. then we decide to head back all smile until 3 hours later we arrive back no smiles [none stop paddling] average speed 5.5ks fallen off twice sore as all **** what can i say? i know listen to your paddling partner
