11 after shocks today so far some 4.2 puts you on edge realy, There are predictions of some 6.0 to come but when nobody knows.
I was in noosa when this all started, i can say its a nerve killer just the after shocks here, I cant imagine the feeling the people here had at the time of the first
Its strange driving about, its like one big bump everywhere, The roads are not flat anymore im most areas
The photo shows just one street, but a lot of streets like this now dont show these buildings anymore.
More and more are being pulled down each day, And some homes that were ok are now not and have to move out because of colapse or just that the earth is now living inside the house
I spoke to a friend of mine yesterday from C'Church. Said most of the wood houses survived while the brick ones a bit older collapsed.
Amazing story though to listen to a first hand account from a bloke with a family and stuffing the kids into safe places etc. Scary!
