Aloha. It's been quite a while since I've checked out Seabreeze. Hope you guys are all being nice to one another back there. Been quite involved with all the Aussies these past few weeks with their Molokai quests. It's been great to catch up with many friends. So many Aussies competed and they all did so well not only to just start but to have done so well in so many divisions. I congratulate you all !
I thought you may like to see just some of the hundreds of pics I took at yesterday's finish. Anyway back to my hammock for now. Mahalo.
A special mention should be given to one of the nicest blokes I've ever met...Aussie Will Anido who is Terrene's training partner/coach in NSW. Will and Terrene "merged" at China Wall and despite racing for a place himself, Will pulled to the side to allow Terrene a clear run through the breaking waves at the wall. For the last mile into the finish he was very emotional and choked up as he knew Terrene was about to win the race.
Will ended up also winning his division...the Unlimited 40-49. He has been training hard over here the last month with 2nd place getter overall Scott Gamble ! Top bloke Willie !!

Fantastic story!
Thank for the pics Sue. Must have been exciting for you to be there. I was glued to SupRacer and all the other updates and ended up being late for my morning meeting. Absolutely wrapped with Terrene's win which Will certainly had a part in. We've watched on Face book for months as the two of them have posted reports of the unbelievably long and challenging training runs they've done together. Fantastic to see Will take out his category.
I know there's a lot of people back home keen to share a beer or two with these guys as well as Travis, Jordan and Gauly.

Yes it sure was exciting at this years finish line. Fantastic atmosphere and all four Aussie winners were very popular as they are all very humble and know the meaning of aloha and it shows. Here are some pics with Brad and Jordie. Enjoy your beers with them all when they get home. I'm all beered out !!
Great pics Sue ........ after watching them all come in ..... not inspired to have another crack!!!!!!!!!!!
