Wow awesome race! Definitely lived up to its name. Connor Baxter is a freak! Did Danny get around that first buoy?
Looked like Jacko came in one place ahead of Jake just outside the top 10 but commentators didnt say placings so a rough count through from the webcast,
the youngsters seem to be making a charge with Conner winning and was that Kai Lenny about 5th with Zane in the top 10 also.

well done all the Aussies , geez ill bet Jamie is filthy at himself for falling at that last booey as they call itThe relay,s should be interesting.Id like to see some short sprint races thrown into the mix too.
Well doesn't that validate Connor's SUPper of the year award. Seriously can that kid be stopped? Watched a bus a little while ago posted about him talking about his technique and he says at one point he hasn't been in a race this year and not won it! FREAK!
Congratulations to all the Aussie paddlers, once again you've done everyone at home proud!
And congratulations to Connor Baxter, who fought from start to finish never giving up.
I wonder if all this will get any coverage/recoginition in the local news???
oh and none of them had leg ropes............
