How good is your Boss? I'd give him 9 out of 10 easy! Top bloke. Awesome bonus!

I can't give him a 10, because you hear stories of some people getting $10k to $50k++ bonuses... But having said that, typically these companies dishing out that sort of money... can have an ugly "greed" culture.

So maybe he is a 10 out of 10 boss. He's happy to give you something that gets you away from work... Maybe a $50k bonus just breeds greed, so you stay at work longer striving for that $60k bonus next year...

Sorry, I didn't mean to get philosophical !!

Oh yes, he who has spent 5 mins surfing and knows it all.

Well my friend, flat to the eye but when you get it in some bump or waves, I'll consider accepting the apology when you attempt rail to rail transitions and feel the V movement - maybe we could clasify it 'U' and allow that mid flat section ?

But...what would I know.

As long as you enjoy it and stop riding my board I'll be happy for you Mr SHIRESUPMAN.

BTW - See ya' in the morning - looking forward to our paddle.

Ah, the joys of self employment.
Love the shots big fella.
I would normally be a touch jealous except Santa brought Scotty a PSH Hull Paddler 10'10.
Last day of work for 2011 tomorrow - let the games begin.
Enjoy mate and a big jolly Xmas to you.
