Hi Guys and girls, forecast is looking awesome for the Denmark state round, as discussed on other threads we will be holdng a judging course on the friday night at the Denmark Surf Life Saving Club (Ocean Beach) at 6pm. There is no cost involved and it should only take an hour and a half. All welcome. We will keep you up dated with the format for the weekend.. Yeeeewww
You are a frother Rog
Arrow marks when I have to be back at work. Looks like the best time to be surfing
I'm keeping the options open and packing SUP's (race and surf), kites, surfboards, red wine, beer etc; it's gunna be fun no matter what Huey/Mother Nature decides to give us.
Catch the early crew there around midday/early arvo tomorrow.
Hey guys Galvo Jackson and I got parrys glassed off to our selfs today at about 3 well worth the early drive down no waves at ocean beach good banks at parrys
Quote (Galvo) I could go home now happy now the waves were that good and he was not on a whopper shock horror yes it was left at home for the 9/0 pro and the 8/5 pocket
That 9/0 looks pretty good too thanks to Scottie by the way Scottie there's a ding on the rail Galvo no idea how ? I will epoxy it up don't worry I know Galvo will end up just wax filling it
See you crew tomorrow
Ok so I didn't arrive as early as planned today and Ocean Beach was not quite tempting enough when I got here for the late one.
I will be at Parry's for the early tomoz though, can't believe Galvo left the whopper behind, that just doesn't sound right.
Congratulations to Rick Jackovich taking out the open men's, Tim Calder taking out the O50's, Mike Galvin the O40's, Amanda Griffiths the ladies and Jackson Shaw the BOP race.
What a great weekend. Thanks to everyone who got behind the judging table I know Surfing WA really appreciated it and it means we were able to get off the beach at a reasonable hour on both days rather than being there until sunset.
Also thank you to all the crew from SUP WA who got behind the BBQ at one point or another.
Personal thank you to Stimo for arranging buoys, putting them out and generally using his truck to carry everyone else's stuff.
See you all for the final round in Mandurah.
