Well it has been a couple of weeks now and we still have not seen pics of dogmans broken board.
Would love to see pics of the actual conditions of the surf when It happened Or did someone back over it in the carpark
Brooko I never saw it and if I did I would have taken a pic.
From what I heard the bottom is fine and there was a crack across the deck.
It seems like the board wanted to flex and the deck said 'No way'
I'm sure it can be fixed..I'm not sure what caused it to happen.
I've never heard of a Naish board being damaged like this before but nothing is indestructible.

Yeah dj I thought if I was going to damage mine, It would have been yesterday in a solid beach break closeout Robdog and I were talking and saying it would take a fair bit to snap one of these boards. Although by memory didnt old mate snap his 11 6" kalama in qld earlier this year?
I didnt snap my Kalama but put a dirty big crease in it , and know im eagerly waiting for my 10.6 PSH- Andrew from Balmoral boards is fixing me up with i cant wait to get it , i thinks ill be mighty impressed. So if any one is learning and wants a bargain Kalama send me a message , it has been repaired and is stronger than before. They are a good allround board and they surf pretty good for a big board too , just ask Brooko.
Photo after a nice little paddle with the Dogman and AA last Saturday.
No surf but still the odd runner to hop on for a bit.
Sam.
Teatree is spot on the Kalama Is a great all round board & for an 11 6" It surfs well, I have not used mine for about 6 weeks and I am also selling it to finance my new 8 footer off Rod
Hi Brooko & Teatree,
What sort of money are you looking at for your used Kalamas? We might be in the market for an oldie for our daughter to start on.
Mel
