A bit of a story behind that video. The guy doing the air is a well known sponsored surfer based in the states and there was talk about a law suit [}:)] and lose of sponsorship.
Back in 80's we had guy's spear you in the back , gee I'd love to mention names but I value my life 
Just tonight I walked into my new fin in knee deep water and cut deep into the skin and it bled for ages. I can't imagine how much it must hurt to be speared by an array of fins at that speed.
