Hopefully not too alarming a sight for local surfers as sups outnumber others in the last couple of early morning sessions at the town beach. Certainly not our fault if they don't want to get up early

Did take some fotos out in the lineup but camera didn't seem to appreciate being in a plastic bag....and then I accidentally switched it off just as the big set came through....and yes maybe I did hold it upside down & back to front in the heat of the moment

That was the Pipe yesterday am Ted .we have some good times tere in the mornings out numbered the prones , different story at Makarori this morning there was an invasion of youger people (school holidays )
yeah school hols here as well. We just flicked to day light savings though and it seems this may explain why the early morning crowds have been well down this week - although the mid day crowds are well on the up!
