Hi All

Does anyone know if there is a adaptor available that let's you fit a Futures fin in a Longboard box?
I know there is one for FCS, but cannot find anything for futures.

Cheers
Chris

Thanks... Has anyone attempted to modify a Futures fin to fit in a Longboard box?

Be easier to use an fcs than try and modify a future fin

I was chasing one a few years back, suprised they are yet to do one. I ended up making one for my pin tail sup. Made out of plastic and machined on a mill it works a treat!

what i'm looking for is a futures-fin to fcs-fin fin adapter for side bites. or a work around. want to try the smaller bonzer side fins that only fcs makes. anyone?

Here is my "Fred Flintstone" version of a Future to US Box adapter, with some aluminium corner and some wood, just using a driller and a saw:

The fin cant is in the box wit fcs and futures it's in the fins so if you put fcs in futures they will be different to the same fin in the manufacturers box.

Maybe not the best solution, but I has thinking of setting the futures fin in a epoxy mold that matches a longboard fin base.
The futures fin has a truss base, so should have enough strength when set...

There must be a market for someone to make these?

Thanks for the inspiration guys. I took a old longboard fin, cut the fin off. I then Machined a hole and epoxy glued the futures fin in. 5 stainless bolts added for extra strength. Cheers
