Not all training involves a board & paddle, get to this guys level and you'll give Kai a serious run for his money

he's very very good. ex gymnast i think i saw somewhere.

i think you would find most elite Olympic level gymnasts can/could do all this stuff.

what they do is serious years training from a very early age

SupaTrooper that was THE BEST workout video I've ever seen his core strength must be so strong "what a weapon".

I like this bloke Clarence Bass he's like 75 years old now he's as "Fit As F##k" he got down to only 2.8% Body Fat check out his stomach muscles at age 40 WTF "Yes Please Mr Wizard"

I've been reading his personal books he's a great Arther since 1986 and Clarence autographed a few books for me Stoked he's a Legend
