Nice long rides for the groms to get their act together.....& the older crew as well
Jarrod making the most of the uncrowded conditions before the tourists take over

great footage, a really good pov. boards are doing their thing. btw i would say i would be getting farther back on my boards then that. is that a trait of your boards or just the that type of wave or the weight ratio factor with the grommie
cheers

prk is normaly quite a flat, fast breaking wave that is best for fast, forward trim or nose rides to get through the sectons, the common length of ride is 600 meters,...today it was just flat & a bit slow, it will normaly not be possible to get on the tail.
The swell is forcast to build next tomorrow for a few days, if we are lucky there can be 2 swells together that double up in the shalow water of the bay to give us a more carveable wave...but still it's not Winki or Rincon....its weak prk, a wave that you need to find as much power as possible....great for groms
The black EVA foam tail strip is my back foot stop.

Jarrod was ripping today. He has turned his surfing up a notch. I suspect with 5 weeks of school holidays he will go a notch further!
