Good stuff Mick & Shakira thats a great overview of the race and how is all the different techniques.
Just back from Fiji last night and have been pouring over the posts about the day, great to see it all. From what I have read and seen so far .... congrats to everyone especially Dale for changing over boards with Jacko and Jake, that's tops. Sure there are similar stories but that just really stoked me to hear. Chris

Great video. I'm glad to see that someone has worked out how to upload wide-screen footage to appear correctly on non-wide-screen YouTube. Now we've got an undistorted picture which gives us a true indication of how long the boards are.
yeah shakira is pretty clever on the computer. its sue sheard at the end on the vid in the blue singlet. great effort by both the girls teams, and everyone else it was a tuff race
