incredible film, a wipeout at Teahupoo ...couldn't think of anything as terrifying, well maybe...being in a plane crash

man that just blows me away , how do they survive a wipeout in that. Must be thousands of tons of water in that lip smakcking them in the head

Yeah Dylan Longbottom & Co. are right up there with the gutsiest guys around, just behind Moto GP riders, can't really compare the two sports though I guess. Wonder what PFD they wear cause if you survive that, they would make it impossible to drown.

Would have liked to see some of the 1st gasps for breath on the other side of those wipeouts,all in slo mo off course. Facial expressions would have told a few stories.
