FYI I paddled Lake Kawana this morning and can confirm it's around 4.296km.
In this paddle I never crossed lanes and averaged between 7-12 strokes each side.

Time Trials will be on again this Thursday at 5pm start. Start times will be posted latter in the day. Wind should be about 10 knots SSE.

Everyone welcome on all board types. Look forward to see new and old faces there.

Start Times.

Some here did their best on a perfect night and thus some may have a slight advantage. Still need more data when everyone is there on the same night.

No excuses Ryan. we want your 12'6" time.

Cell you're the same as Josh now. Behind me

I'm still the undefeated champion of the lake! Why do I need to prove myself again?

Flat out with Uni at the moment, getting fatter by the day, wouldn't be a worthy contender especially with all the talent I keep seeing on the score board. You guys had better stop gettin faster each week, making me nervous!

I won't be on a board again till the noosa race, I'll prove myself then! Look out starboard riders!

Rusty
Keep super sizing on your Macca's diet. Doesn't seem to hurt your performance.

Don't think diet is a significant player when it comes to performance. Didn't that new world champion sprinter say he eats KFC before races??

You guys need to do a few sessions with woogie and Danny at cross fit noosa. Your whole perspective and performance will change for the better with all activities not just Sup racing.

Spent the weekend with Woogie, he's got an eight pack!!!!!!!! super fit, about 1% body fat and sup surfing like a world champ! I'm also trying to get him to do the excel race?

Here is the spread sheet with tonight records on it. Great effort tonight with 17 paddlers having a crack at the time trials. Times are getting better and better. Might start posting age brackets as well as some these paddlers are 3 times plus the age of some others. might just put it in age brackets so not to offend anyone.

I was personally stoked to break 30 minutes on a 12'6 and am now chasing the 28 minute mark. I think a couple will go under 29 next week or so. Go for it Alan and Scotty, your very close.

Awesome effort by Trevor. Another youngen who is turning into a power house paddler. Well done for busting the 29 minute mark tonight.

2 weeks in a row for Lincoln under the 28 minute mark. Jonsey is motoring hard and look set to bust the 28 minute mark very soon.

JT is blitzing it. You look set to going under 28 very soon. Those Starboard boards are setting a cracking pace. Leader Board will be posted soon. Just need to look at for a bit longer before I change it and put Alan and Guy above me

Can't get over how quick the Starboard Ace 14x25 AST is, even with an old guy like me on it.
Interesting how the pintail boards leave almost no wake compared to the others.
Great to see all paddling so hard and well. Thanks to Swanie for the effort in working out time starts.
