Great race on Thursday, lots of PB's and a few position changes on the leader board.

Still no one under 26min but definatly within the grasp of a few people!!

Hey if Ke Nalu want to sort me out.. I'm all in.

I must say the Molokai is a very good paddle. Nice amount of shaft flex to not be too harsh, but still reasonably stiff. Quite different from the qb 100 elite racer. It feels very stiff, fast and efficient... Not a good thing, not a bad thing.

When I first paddled the molokai, it felt like it was unsettled on the catch compared to the qb, which seems stable laterally and bites straight up.... Maybe the Molokai allows a little bit of release to help with endurance....

Summer tidak summer

Get some runs on the board mate (good race results) and I'm sure manufacturers and/or distributors will be more than happy to offer you something.

As for the unsettled catch......that will be because you are trying to drive it straight, like you need to with other blades, rather than allowing it to do it's thing.
Loosen your grip on your lower hand, plant it and a Ke Nalu blade will track dead straight, without any flutter, every stroke. All you need to do is wrap your fingers around the shaft to keep it in your hand.....give it a try
