WOW......Graphics on the bottom look great; love the “king of the sea” icon they use for Simon's logo, very apt!
I hear a rumour that they are going to be offering custom sup's made in OZ by Luke and the "big fella", can't wait to get my grubby feet on top of one of those.

The guys at Walk on Water have just launched their new website - check it out here:

www.walkonwater.com.au/

More info on Simon and Luke customs is coming. Keep in mind the website is still undergoing construction and should be fully functional soon.

I wouldn't be suprised seeing an ocean/race board with Simon's name attached it in the not too distant future.

East Coast Sup,
Now you're making me excited !!
Let me know when they're close to being ready !!
As you would know, S.I.C., Naish, and DC are good reference points....

Luke's doing an 11'6 Bombie Explorer !! Like the name, and looks good. I'll have my custom in a 12'6 thanks !!
http://walkonwater.com.au/boards/luke-short/

Simon's 12'0 Nimitz Cruiser looks good.... I can imagine a stretched version at 14'0 or 15'0 or 16'0, for down wind action.... !!!

I hear that there is a Simon Anderson 11' downwinder/surfer board that will be at the ROAR Expo this weekend.

I went to the warehouse today on the way back from a paddle down the coast and the latest shipment of boards had come in. They look FANTASTIC-the range is wide enough for something to please anyone-plus Simon and Luke are now doing custom boards handmade in Australia-I saw a few today and they are coupla' the best looking SUPs I've seen.

The production boards are designed locally, made in China, and the owners of the business are local guys stoked on SUP.

I'll try and get a few photos of the customs to post.

Disclosure-the owners of the business are mates of mine.

Luke's 9'2 swallow

Bottom design graphic

This is a comparison showing some subtle differences between the eps and wood sandwich 10'x32" - the pvc wood comes with travel cover too

Walk on Water also have their own line of soft top sups too. They come in 8'0, 9'6, and 10 and 2 or 3 different colours depending on the size.

Looks nice Matt, I assume that is for a big heavy bloke looking at the dimentions.

Yeah, correct-it's not a lightweight's gun-it's a lovely board in the flesh-the rocker, rails and foil are beautiful-it's epoxy but has the look and feel of a poly board-except it's super light.

It's just representative of what Simon can do-there's a 10'6" getting about too-if I can get some photos I'll post.

Would love a shorter, narrower, thinner version of this gun for me for waves like this morning's.

i got a chance to ride it before it went down to sydney. loved the board.
super light but extremely durable for an 11' board. super stable but you can still throw it around. didnot feel like an 11' board
Couldn't fault the shape at all.
funny, i thought it had a PU feel as well with 1/2 the weight.
Man cudos to the big fella

In my previous post I have incorrectly indicated the first pic of the wing fish tail SUP to be the LSD 9'2 where in fact it is actually Luke's 8'6 which has the quad set-up.

I tried to edit the post but it was too late..unless Laurie can do something..??

the LSD 9'2 comes with a 2+1 fin set-up.

The Simon guns look as if he has used a shorthboard out line in those shots.

Looks similar in out line to my old SA 6,8 semi gun that I had.

That's the old LSD 808-with the slipperiest grip possible-conditions didn't help.

Still fun though, hey?
