I was in Torquay today and met with a couple of avid readers of the Seabreeze forum. They asked me to pass on to you a request for more pictures of the dogs. So how about it Brooko, dogs fetching trunks of trees, dogs chasing medicine balls, sitting on your lap , dogs bailing up the postman, you know, the usual pet pics.

I heard the sup bus in St Kilda are thinking of a race with your dog on boxing day - you should consider entering it with your dog on your 9'6" - I reckon I'll have a good chance at beating you with my jack russel riding my stonker.

If the dog is allowed to help paddle, you have no chance Oliver!

Mac, they are Neapolitan Mastiffs (roman mastiffs) the male is 95kg, and the female is 65Kg. Well they would eat as much as you give them, so you need to be carefull or they would eat you out of home.

OUT of home? Are you sure you don't mean they would eat your home?...

You better be careful if you ever introduce your jack russell to them Oliver. If the big guy inhales too quickly your jack is gone

The big guys would have to shake Pippa of the back of their necks if she didn't fancy them. I've noticed that Jack Russel's don't really think very much about the size of the dogs they don't like.

Jacks sure are fearless little buggers, and they can out think any other dog (and some people too...) out there.

Speaking of fearless animals. Here's Samba having some fun with the cat. This was the most screwed up cat we've ever had. From day one this tiny little kitten came in and started attacking the dog. Pay no attention to the looks of the pics. Watch the vid....the cat used to get on the back of the couch and jump down on the dogs back like he was a panther attacking prey, then the two of them would roll around on the floor kicking the crap out of each other. They were the best of friends and would sleep and eat together.

Samba was semi-famous when she was younger (she's 15 now) for her football (soccer) skills. She used her feet and head to control the ball. Would play goal. My daughter used to use her to practice with as a defender. She was almost impossible to get around.

Samba as a model for a UK Soccer Dog Coat Co.

I wish we had some longer videos of the cat and dog. They would do that for hours. Unfortunately he was only here for a year or so. I think he probably tried doing this to a coyote. My neighbor was on her back deck one morning when a deer came out of the woods and was eating the tips of some of our trees. She was sitting there watching it when saw the cat come walking down the path that was there and walk right up to the deer. She said the two of them sniffed each other..almost touching noses...then the cat just turned and walked away.

Looks like you'd need a bobcat to pick up their poop.

Nah no chance scotty getting one of those guys on a board, although the bitch would be keen to try, the male hates the water.
Stoneaxe I reckon pound for pound the cat Is the best fighter in the world, so fast & agile, One of our young cats hunted out a big tiger snake during the week and pounced on its back, right next to me scaring me and the crazy snake

Angie your mate is doing well on the kalama with those two dogs, that must be 40kg of extra weight moving around

We just have a brand new neapolitan mastiff puppy as well, will see if I can post a pic of Orlando.
