Hey great vid Greenroom...if you're into feet.. ...At least the music's good.

No really..it's pretty good.. ..It's a shame it's a bit close.

How many times did you hit the camera with the paddle as you changed sides?

Good one Greeny. Looks like there might have been a couple of nice laybacks in there.

good job Greenroom !

I was expecting a bit better as I saw you getting some nice waves but yeah, pics and vids never really do justice to the rider...

Anyway, that was a fun session, I was stoked to share some waves with you guys (greenroom and windy miller) ;

Keep posting vids (and/or pics),

Eric

Hey Greenroom bloody good first effort, which board were you on? This may sound a bit OTT but imagine one camera looking back and one looking forward then editing the two together to get some sense of what you see as the surfer as well as the footwork. Reckon that may be something Casso could pull off with his editing experience, anyway he needs to keep out in front of the pack now that everyone is posting!

Ooooh, that sounds like a challenge, Jonathan - and a good idea. I've got to do something special with all these young whipper-snappers starting to come through with the goods.

Hey thanks everyone. Not as good as Cassos I know
Im waiting on my sucker to arrive so I can fix the camera to the front of the board.
I have some footage of the session with the camera facing forward but not really that good of an angle. Will put it together though just for laughs.
I just gotta work on my camera mount for the tail of the board. Any suggestions would be cool.
Keep those vids coming everyone

Hey Eric. Yeah it was good to get out in some onshore slop and still have some fun.
I reckon the camera mount possition is not right. Thought I got some better footage too. Oh well
There was a few nice waves with laybacks but its hard to tell from just looking at the video. Thats where Cassos camera mount position is a sweet spot to get the rider in the whole picture.
Keep sharing the stoke

Hey Jonathan thanks. I had fun making it

I was on the Starboard 9'0. That board is such a wicked board. Its heaps easy to paddle being 30" wide and once on the wave it just wants to be pumped and trimmed. If you like a board that goes in a straight line... then this is NOT the board for you Cutbacks are super fun as well. It has helped me keep my shortboard roots while being on a SUP.

Two camera angles would be pretty sweet. Think I will leave that one for Cas to try. He is the man
