Looks suspiciously a bit like a Morelli & Melvin with a Starboard sticker on it

There is a new SB flatwater racer with similar shape currently in the works, not sure if this is it or a rebadged board. Here is another image from Europe, this one with steering.

Even if it was it'd still be faster than a naish [}:)]

This is Ann-Maries board from the 11 cities tour last year. I'm pretty sure she will be using this board again this year.
Can't wait to get over there.

Yeah different board for sure but similar.. Is that a nose fin or just an odd reflection?

I'll ask Nikki Greg.. She should know what it is.. (PT's pic)

It actually looks back to front as well, but hey, you Downwinders are a special breed of cat(my apologies to the Rifleman 'Chuck Connors')----"Thrillseekers" Da da da da, da da dada dut dut dut dut, da da da da dut, dut dut da da da da.
PS. the last bit took a long time to work out. If you're over 50 you'll probably know what I mean.

have to agree with latman. the nose is different, the decks, are chalk and cheese and lastly, the tails are almost in different ball parks and thats not even getting a look at the bottoms.

too many people calling out that boards look the same.just because a board has a pointy nose and tail doesn't qualify for calling them the same boards- not be a long shot.
cheers

I didn't say it was the same, I said IMO it looks like one. Similar design cues, similar plan form, etc.

I'm sure Naish will have a perfectly decent board that will be just as competit...

Oh, who am I kidding? Forget Naish. Get the Starboard, it will be awesome.

C'mon PT, wouldn't you like just a little bit of yellow, to take the edge off the primary colour imbalance in your quiver?

This is all the yellow I need and as close as a Naish board comes to passing me.

PT, I think that is Annabel Anderson

Annabel and her board will be at various beach up and down the coast fairly soon.

I met Annabel in Thailand a few months ago and she runs fantastic clinics and is super hyped about SUP in general.

Will give everyone an update soon as arrangements are finalised.

Thanks,

Ian

Phew, lucky. Because if that was Annabel in the photo, and Nikki saw the second pic of Dan Gavere staring at Annabel's bum, Nikki would tear Dan a new one.

Nah, that one's got way too much rocker (could be the new Glide??[}:)]).

although with that sunk-in section in the middle it might be a starboard...
