I'm relatively new to SUP (56 yrs in couple of weeks). Bought my fanatic allwave about 3 months ago and have been on it every day possible since. Love it. At the point now where I can surf ok amongst all the young short boarders etc in most conditions we get here at Agnes/1770. Came off badly on weekend, injured myself and smashed one of the side fins. Can't get replacement fin from Grom's shop here. Had no reply from the shop I bought board from. After a bit of googling, looks like I have to buy a complete set (3 fins). I found "Jamie Mitchell" fins - anyone know if they are good for my Allwave 9'6?
Get onto Shapers fins, FCS or FinShop. Any of them should be able to sort you out.
I run an 8" FCS Dolphin in my Allwave with original side fins, so there are plenty of options. They all do email and send via post so should suit you up at Agnes.

Anyway, can you tell me why you have a 8 in fin in your allwave?
As I said I am pretty new to all this, so interested to know more.
I used to windsurf (a long time ago - haven't since I was terrorised by a 3m+ tiger off Vic Point about 20 years ago)
But I am over that now! and keen to try a sail on my Allwave - that would be when you need a larger fin no doubt?
Also, I hear lots about the position of the centre fin - I have mine right in the middle at the moment - haven't tried moving it - what does moving it around do? Here at Agnes our surf is generally pretty small, but we do get big-ish days occasionally and I have been out and got smashed around in it.
Hey other one, I run the 8" centre fin because I want more bite and drive than the original 5.5" offers. But that is me, everyone is different. I don't lay into the paddle to turn like a lot of younger SUPsurfers do so I find the bigger centre fin helps with that.
Can't comment on wind surfing as I have never been into it.
The further back the centre fin the more pivot you get, though you have to get your back foot back further to take advantage of it. These are my thoughts, there are guys on here with much more technical knowledge than me. They might like to comment.

We have fanatic all wave replacement side bites in stock, give Darren a call in the shop, and i'm sure he can get you a pair in an overnight bag, otherwise any Futures side bites will do, from memory SB1's compressed fibre glass are around the $90 a pair mark, and cheaper composite version are about $60, talk to your local Futures dealer, or we have both in stock.

Agnes waters , have some great memories surfing there with the whole beach to myself day after day.after day way back when I was a 20 year old . Magic place .
Probably not quite the same now 30 years latter .

In the last month or so I've had Springs completely to myself for 1-2 hours at a time, regularly.
It's unbeleivable. Wave after wave after wave all to myself.
When the wind is offshore and the swells up I always have the surf to myself at my own back door - Northbreak
And it has been pretty well perfect lately. On top of all that I'm still not in a wetsuit.
But don't tell anybody.
I have a used set of Futures Side Bites (V2 SB1) if anyone wants to buy them. I am asking for $50. Send me a mail if interested.
Shapers S7 or S9's will do the job. And it will change your board like you would not believe.
Spend the money and get some decent fins, they make way way way more difference than you think.
