No Wind vs. Wind what a difference for this spot

Summer usually sucks here on Maui so after mapping different spots during this recent swell we found a break that's pretty good considering Maui get's shadowed on alot of swells. Here are some images from a recent 2-4 foot swell and hope you enjoy. The wind changes this break totally. All images are from a 2 day window of the swell.

Never too many pics from you guys. So is Noah using his Hull bottom when the waves pick up a bit?

Normally he would have used his 7'5 kids ripper but it had a couple dings so the 7'9 hull was the call. The summer waves are really weak on Maui and either board would have worked for summer small waves.

shoots! nice pics mate, gotta love the rock in the summertime huh! looks like a wee nook just west of ma'alaea to me............? i'm headin over for a kiwi mates wedding in august, looking forward to surfin la perouse or the harbour break wall if we luck out with a swell......
