Yep, can't argue with that. I had some great winter days also, I think I may even miss winter just a tad.

Ahhh I do love winter swell but what would you rather see some old fat guys in a wet suit in winter (not referring to you LSD or any other breezers)

Jeez i love pics 11 to 13, not sure about the last, not sure i could hold my breath long enough if i GOT pole axed.
When does the rubber come off ?

Hopefully never. No glove no love.

I used to be a full-on skier but the driving and milling around in lift queues and arseholes on the mountains and the roads was making me lose the will to live.

I ditched the skis and now I spend my winters surfing. Less than an hour from home to the coast. Beautiful calm sunny winter days. No lift tickets. Sometimes the smell of wood smoke from a fire on the beach. Coffee and cake after a surf then home to a crackling fire and a glass of red.
