Very interesting. Kind of looks like a cross between the Starboard Ace (front half) and the Coast Runner (back half).

Plenty of volume in it, What are the dimensions?

Front end is quite different to an Ace but it has obviously had a bit of an influence....if you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
Back end is quite different to a Coast Runner.

It will sit a lot lower in the water with someone standing on (in) it....water line will be right up to the nose.
Wind effects shouldn't be any greater on this than for the thing it is designed to keep up with / beat.
Full carbon 14kegs.

looks similar to this. a custom i had

weighed in very light. volume 320 lts. it was a very good dw board. however like the first 14' fanatic it was a nightmare with the side wind and swell. last christmas we did a run in moreton bay. strong swell and wind, but our landing point had us paddling 25k's on one side.a fanatic 14 paddler and myself both more or less decided to look at boards more capable of 'cross padling' after that- we suffer a lot more than the boys on the dc's and lahui kai's. high front end volume has its pro's and cons.

that said as behind your back dw board it looks good

At what point does a SUP become a boat?

Somewhere around the point that outside of the surf zone, we give up the delusion that we are surfing.

The carbon version is way better looking and will be heaps faster than that abomination of a thing!!
I still can't believe some people think those pass as footwear....and that's got nothing to do with the colour.

Stay tuned.
A Melbourne retailer has a demo day coming up soon with the new range of production boards.....and a couple of prototypes undergoing testing (including the one in this thread).
I think they will be providing details within the next couple of days.

Do those carbon Crocs come with a vent screw? You wouldn't want your Crocs to delaminate in the sun.
